Most payments will be processed by credit card.  If you need to pay by check, you may select that option at checkout.  You will then have access to an invoice that we ask you to print and send in with your payment. 

ENTRY DEADLINES
Deadline #1 -- Friday, July 12, 2024
includes all titles issued from November 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024.

All submissions of titles released between November 1, 2023, and July 31, 2024, must be received no later than July 12, 2024. Titles from this period entered after July 12 are subject to a $50 late fee per entry. 

Deadline #2 -- Friday, October 11, 2024
includes all titles issued from August 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024.

The deadline to enter titles released between August 1, 2024, and October 31, 2024, is October 11, 2024. Titles from this period entered after October 11 may be ineligible to compete AND are subject to a $50 late fee per entry.
